Solo · 蘇廬

Come for the combination of a considered cup and a very particular setting. Solo’s covered wooden terrace faces Tai O’s canal and stilt houses. The Hong Kong Tourism Board lists specialty coffee and homemade cakes here; E.A.Two’s detailed visit describes a choice of hand-drip beans and an ice-drop coffee served with candied orange peel. Start by asking what is brewing today, then let a slice of cake extend the pause.
Ask for the current hand-drip selection and pair it with tiramisu or cheesecake if available. The ice-drop coffee is another option to ask about; its orange-peel accompaniment was documented in the 2023 review.
