Sang Roastery · To Kwa Wan

Behind the red 生昌焙豆 sign and glass doors is a licensed micro-roastery with a personal connection to old Hong Kong. The founder kept the name of the family’s dried-seafood business, Sang Cheong, when moving into coffee. Come for a brewed cup and a conversation about the beans; this is a particularly useful stop when you want to take the same curiosity home to your own brewer.
Ask which beans are available for hand drip today. An espresso is a good shorter stop; tell the team your brewing method if you are buying a bag.
G/F, 114 To Kwa Wan Road, To Kwa Wan
Official hours are Monday–Friday 10:30am–6:30pm, and weekends and public holidays 10am–6:30pm. Seating is limited; allow for a takeaway visit when the small café is full.
